It's Crystal here and today I have a card using Bathing Edith she is from the Humorous senior line .

I made my cucumber sliced gate fold card from scratch on my Silhouette cutter , the cucumber slices open to reveal the image of Bathing Edith , my sentiment was cut on my silhouette also from vinyl .

It's Crystal here and today I am making a card for a happy couple using the Smooching Al and Betty Lou . The image is copic colored and then the window layer is water colored splattered and spritzed with a pearl shimmer mist  I added a heart speech bubble die cut and then used the heart knockouts and added some sequins and then the die cut congrats ..

Hello IBFS fans !!!

It's Crystal here , I hope everyone has enjoyed the Holidays, we have had great family time here and I love it . Today's card I am using Kids Gathering Tree and I made it into a slider card .

I copic colored the image and then cut it out using my Brother ScanNcut machine ( don't ever need dies again to cut out stamps ) , I then made the front panel using a village edge die from Gina Marie Designs and the slide slot die from MFT

I then attached the image with foam dots and pennies to make it weighted to slide , it's a long image so I used two ..( some will get my two cents and not know it, I'm being silly ..lol  )

this was so fun to make and pretty quick , hope you give it a try . Make a new to you style card , step outside your box and have some fun creating .

I Brake for Birthdays !!

Hello IBFS fans !!

It's Crystal here and today's card is a birthday card , between my daughter and my grandkids,I am always in need of Birthdays cards for the parties they attend and the kids really enjoy getting handmade cards from me and this makes my heart so full and happy that they truly appreciate the thought and love that I put into my cards for them , kids really do love handmade cards . For today's card I am using an image from the Bravehearts Collection .

I did not use the cute sentiments this time with my card , I really thought this little skater girl would make a sweet birthday card , but I can also see this set as Halloween cards too , next week I share one in Halloween so stay tuned ...

for this card I distressed the bottom layer and curled the corners , I added banners and put on some stickles for bling , added Happy Birthday in die cuts and sanded them to distress, added so DIY enamel dots , the image is colored with Prisma colored pencils.

I Brake for Monday's!!!

Hello IBFS fans !!!

It's Crystal and today my card is made using I Hate Monday Millie  , I think we can all relate to Millie ..no talkie before coffee ..lol my image is colored with colored pencils and baby oil .

I added twine to her hair for old time hair rollers , glossy accents to her coffee cup and diamond stickle to her hearts in her gown and bunny slippers

I added a die cut sentiment Smile , this card can be sent for any occasion , I think it would even make a great retirement card  , haha ..

I Brake for your Fishing Spot !!

Hello IBFS fans !!!

It's Crystal here and today I have another new Humorous Senior image  called Fishing Spot  , I used the set for my card today.This image can be bought in the full sheet or as a single

I colored my image with copic markers and kept this super simple and let the image be the star it is , I added some fishtail flags and some enamel dots and a bit of twine . I am not sure what kind of fish this may be but I colored him the way a salmon looks in my head lol , while he's pretty anyway.. I think this image is great for Birthday cards and perfect for a Retirement card .

I Brake for a Good Witch ..

Hello IBFS fans !!

It's Crystal here and I am back with another Halloween card  , today I am using another digi stamp from the Rick St. Dennis line , her name is Magic Wanda digi but she also come in red Rubber too Magic Wanda red rubber . I decided to color her with green skin, yet another reason to love Halloween , you can color/ dress up your image in non-traditional way , today we are going green skin for this cute witch .

I added stickle in black to the die cut webs and the chandelier already on the papers I chose to use , yellow stickles on the start and buckle

I Brake for Larks (and other birds)

Greetings one and all!

I'm Kathi and I'm happy as a lark because I've joined the IBFS design team! 

Here's my first card which uses Lark!

Lark was stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink (Tsukineko/Imagine Crafts) and colored with Copic markers. 

I roughed up the edges of the image panel using my Distress Tool, then went with a CAS design using patterned papers from a really old 6x6 pad by My Mind's Eye. Some Gathered Twigs Distress ink was sponged on the card front, which was then mounted on Kraft cardstock.

I left space for a sentiment at the bottom.

I Brake For Lovely Hats

Hi Everyone, I've been MIA for a while.  Much to my surprise, I found I had several arteries to my heart blocked and that led to by-pass surgery.  So this is my first time back.  

I chose this vintage looking hat stamp from IBFS.  It is called "Hats".  The background paper is by DCWV and called French Country Stack.  I colored the hats with Promarkers and shaded the oval with chalk.  I also added some of the chalk to the doilies so they wouldn't look so bright white.
