I Brake For Friends

Happy Monday Brakers..

Here is a little card I made using a Rubber Romance stamp, called Three Friends, that I just love.  I used an awesome and easy technique called inky banks.  I just love how clean and simple it looks on a card.

I am going to have more projects using this and other Rubber Romance stamps so come back and see us soon!

Have a happy and safe day!

I Brake for Winter

Hi, Braker Fans! It's Thursday which means I have a new card to share with you for by DT project for I Brake for Stamps.

This week I decided to use non-traditional colors for a Christmas card. Pink and Blue is really speaking to me this season.

The image I used is a new release in the store call "Winter Avie" by Chelsea Le Designs. Isn't she so cute? I had to color her coat, boots and hat in turquoise. With winter upon us here in Colorado we are getting snow and blue/blue green is the favored color of choice.

For all the details on my card, head over to my blog.

See you next Thursday...

I Brake For Fun!

{Jane Bosi}  Howdeeee...Brakers!  I have a fun little  project here decorated with my favorite girly girl image!  That little piggy tailed sweetie is a Little Rascal called Indy.  I chose her a bit ago because she reminded me of my daughter, Sophia---all sweet and pigtailed!

I know my project looks a bit like a purse, but it's actually a movie night gift pack!  The case holds two DVD's and the front flap drops down to expose three large test tubes filled with movie treats!  It also has a pocket for microwave popcorn for the full movie night experience!

Who would like a fun gift like this?

I Brake For Angels

This sweet little Christmas Angel Avie from Chelsea Le is just the cutest little thing...don't you agree?

The background is a technique called Colorwash Alcohol from the Technique Junkies newsletter.  Also, from the newsletter is the out of the die technique.  The sentiment is from Stampin Up!  I added some pearls from my trustee pearl pen in gold.  I also added some sakura sparkle on her stars (looks awesome IRL).

Thanks for stopping by and have a crafty day!

I Brake For Snow

This cute snowman stamp is from I Brake For Stamps called Spread Love - Snowman.  I colored him with copics.  I just love purples and blues for wintery type cards.  I am a winter lover and really love to spread holiday cheer with Cold Winter Wishes.  My family loves skiing, snowmobiling, snow shoeing etc...When it snows we all cheer!

I used the TJ Newsletter for the background called Wet Stencil.  It is one of my many favorites.  I cut him and my snowflakes out with my spellbinders.  The snowflakes are embossed with brillance ink.  I added a rhinestone snowflake for some bling.

Thanks for stopping by and have a crafty day!

I Brake For Brides!

It's a tropical wedding and I Brake For Brides!!

My friend is getting married in July and her wedding is going to be in Jamaica!
(Lucky her!!)  I wanted her shower card to reflect the tropical theme she chose.  Her color is purple so I found this beautiful iridescent purple paper with a matching patterned paper.

The BRIDE is from I Brake For Stamps and she's part of their recently debuted Rubber Romance line. She's one of the DIVAS.

Inside I used the HERE COMES THE BRIDE text.

I Brake For Pumpkin Scarecrows!

Hello Brakers!

Today I'm sharing an adorable image called Pumpkin Scarecrow.
My project isn't actually a card.  I put a support on the back so that I can display this on my mantel.  It's pretty big at almost 7" square.  I made this for the October I Brake For Challenges contest.

The mattes are all made with Spellbinders Grand Label dies.
The leaves were all made with various punches.

I Brake For Stamps has some WONDERFUL fall and Halloween related stamps.  Be sure to check them out!

I Brake for pretty pink butterflies!

I've used this stamp many times before and I always go back to it when I need something beautiful.  The image is called Swallowtail.  I stamped the butterfly twice so that I could bend the top set of wings up and give it dimension.

One of my "customers" requested 6 random birthday cards to replenish her stash.  I know pink is her favortite color so I went pink to ensure she'd love it.

Here's a close up of how pretty she is...

I Brake for Fall

Hi, Braker Fans. Yesterday was the start of our new monthly challenge and the theme is "Fall." So go check out the wonderful creations my teamies have shared with you. I hope you join us for the challenge.

Sorry my card didn't get in with my DT's but I have been so busy and was stretched for time. Instead, I'm sharing it with you here today on the store blog. I hope you like it.

This stamp is called "Scarecrow" from A Country Welcome Stamps. I loved coloring this one because there are so many objects in the scene and I felt like a kid coloring in a colorbook.

For the details on my card, head over to my blog.

I Brake For Fall!

{Jane Bosi} Happy October!! I couldn't resist bringing you a traditional fall project today.......or maybe two!

My first project features the beautiful Framed Leaf Folliage image. I knew the minute I saw it, that it had to be mine! Once I stamped and colored it using my Copic airbrush system, I couldn't have been happier!  The "Prayer Changes Things" sentiment can be found on the Inspirational Plate #3.

My second project features a new image from Chelsea Le Designs. This sweet little girl couldn't be any cuter!! Make sure to check out the entire line....they are all must haves!!!

Happy Fall Y'all!  TTFN, Jane
