I Brake for Graduating Ballerinas!

Hello and happy Saturday!

Today I'm sharing a slightly unorthodox graduation card with you.
My daughter's best "dance" friend graduated last week and we went to her party last night.

I thought the verse in this set was perfect for a young girl heading off to college.  She wants to be an occupational therapist.  Go Ally!

We met Ally and her mom when they transferred to Makena's dance studio.  We all became fast friends and they did several duos and trios together each year for about 6 yrs.

On the inside I used another image from the half sheet and also the phrase

I used some Stickles on her tutu to give her lots of sparkle.

The girls duet...No the moms didn't plan our outfits along with them but it made for a fun picture!

I Brake for Gabe's Graduation!

Hello and happy Saturday!

Today I'm sharing a graduation card that I made for our neighbor's son.
We've known them for over 10 years and watched him grow from a boy into a wonderful young man.

I used Grad Owl from I Brake for Stamps on the front of the card.

The picture makes it difficult to see but the blue frame is popped up and I hand drew the branch for the wise old owl to perch on.

On the inside I used Happy Graduation.

Happy graduation season everyone!

I Brake for Graduation!

I love that you can cut up the numbers and put them in any order you want to create what you need.

Congratulations to all the high school and college graduates out there!

I Brake for making the most of stamps!

Hello and happy Saturday!

Today I'm sharing the card that I made for my daughter's friend.  She graduates in two weeks but is having her party tomorrow to avoid all the party conflicts.

I wanted something bright since we're FINALLY starting to have some sunny weather in upstate N.Y.

I used
and

on the front.
The verse is actually an anniversary stamp that I'masked of part of making it much more versatile.

On the inside I used

Courtney's such a sweet girl.  She has such a sunny disposition that I thought this stamp would be perfect for her!

I Brake for Graduations!

Hello and happy Saturday!

I'm working in overdrive right now.  I have a junior and a senior this spring. Right now my baby is at school taking her SAT test.  My senior is out doing yard work with my husband.  I am frantically trying to get graduation cards made for his friends!

Their school colors are red and blue so I paired this amazing image from I Brake for Stamps with this fun paper.

Now...this is new for me.  I ordered a bunch of FUSIBLE GLITTER SHEETS last month.  All I can say is...what took me so long!  These are GORGEOUS!!  The camera doesn't do it justice. (at least my camera doesnt')  These have tremendous shimmer and shine!  So far I've only die cut them to use on cards but I'm already in love!  My daughter and I are thinking about what we might be able to create for t-shirts.  You heard me!  This can be used on fabric too!!  I used the RED on this card but I ordered about 10 colors so you'll get to see many more in the future.  They're all beautiful!

My owl looks much darker (tan) in person.  I need a new camera!

On the inside I used...
