I Brake For Shaker Cards

Hi, Jamie Martin here with you today and who doesn't love a shaker card?! This card was so much fun to make and is a super cute card to give someone of any age. And with Christmas right around the corner, this would make a great Christmas card just by changing the colors to reds and greens.

Here is how my card was made;

1.  Stamp All Wrapped Up Frame on Bristol paper with Onyx Black VersaFine ink and emboss with clear embossing powder. Color with Zig Clean Color pens and cut out the center of the package with an exacto knife.
2.  Glue acetate to the back of the package, cut strips of foam tape to put around the back of the frame then add shaker pieces. Place white cardstock the size of the package to the back. Set aside.
3.  Rub Distress inks onto your craftmat, spritz with water and smoosh a watercolor paper panel into it. Let dry then sprinkle water onto panel, let sit for about 30 seconds, then dab with a paper towel removing excess water to reveal the water drop look.
4.  Stamp Dot Letter Happy Birthday at the bottom of the dry panel black ink and emboss with clear.  Glue to a white card and glue on the shaker package.
