I’ve been wanting to grab the new Beloved Carnation Collage stamp from I Brake for Stamps that I got back in February and experiment with it a bit, so that’s just what I did today. I’m pretty new to collage coloring, but it was fun to just sit and play with ink. I stamped and embossed the collage stamp onto watercolor paper and then heat embossed it with gold embossing powder. I did the same with a piece of vellum. I trimmed them both out, not sure which I’d like better. I used my Aqua Painter and ink pads to color in the image and then trimmed the flower out of the vellum one to add a bit more dimension by layering it on the one that I water colored.
Thanks so much for stopping by today.

This is gorgeous, Robyn. Embossing has always been one of my favorite things, always provides that 'elegant' look to your artwork. I love your embellishments. Beautifully created. Hugs, Gayle.
