I Brake for Baby Bear ...

Hello IBFS fans !!!!
It's Crystal here and today I have a sweet baby card using Clothesline Bear, I am using the red rubber version from MS61 Full Plate but it also comes in digi form here . I colored this image with colored pencils and created a fluffy cloud background , it's very light but its there .
I die cut the image with a dot stud oval die and layered up some Kraft cardstock with some Navy that i die cut with my Wonky stitched edge die , I die cut Congratulations from silver foil cardstock and added a die cut bow  , I then added glitter dots

these glitter dots are punched from scrap Heat Transfer Vinyl ( I make shirts and have lots of this left over so i used my circle punched to make dots to add to glue dots for cards , waste nothing this stuff is too pretty. )

I Brake for Bubbles and a Baby.

Hello IBFS fans !!!

It's Crystal here , I hope you are all doing well.  I have a baby shower this Saturday and I am going to share my card with you today ( shhh don't tell the new mom to be ). I am going to share a bit of my process on this card . I had a 4.5 hour road trip one way last Sunday , I am not good at sitting doing nothing so I color in the car , yes you heard me right I color  , I stamp out several images and have a 12x12 tote with my coloring needs and I have a lap desk and a 12/12 clip board , for this trip I took my prisma colored pencils and blending stumps and baby oil and pencil sharpener .
The image I am using is super sweet and called Baby and Bubbles and can be found in I Brake for Stamps on-line store

here is a look at my car set up  , its not so fancy but it works for me , oh ...for this to work you must be a passenger and not driving the car , just wanted to make that clear ..lol   the green sponge has baby oil on it in a sealable container I poke my paper stump onto the sponge and im ready to blend my colored pencils and no fumes and the oil doesn't spill because its in the sponge.

here is my card , I added diamond stickles to the bubbles , the script word die is from Avery Elle , the bow is a lil Inkers die

for the inside of my card I used my Silhouette and a gel pen and had my silhouette write the inside sentiment , the gel pens I am loving to use in my silhouette these days are from Ikea .

I Brake for Babies ...

Hello IBFS fans !!

It's Crystal and I am here with a sweet baby card I made using Baby In Bubbles , such a cute stamp . I am loving the watercoloring lately, so that is how I colored this image , if you have not tried watercoloring you really should. For this card I am using my Tim Holtz distress ink pads and a clear block to bounce color on to act as a palette and a watercolor blush and water , I stamped my image in archival ink  or you can use any waterproof ink  and dip my brush in the water and pick up some color and start painting , it is so relaxing , I hope this card inspires you to give it a try , the best tip I can give you is use water-color paper and dry the image between layers of color to get intense color .
