What the heck happened?

Hello to all of the I Brake for Stamps friends. This is Patricia and I so glad to be back. Had to take some time of for a family emergency but all is fine right now. I have missed everyone and it is wonderful to be back to Wisconsin. The stamp I choose to use for my card is call Rose Adorned Letter and if you would like to check this beautiful stamp just click here. All of the sentiments I used are also from I Brake for Stamps, Della has so many sentiments you need to you need to take some time and check them all out. The Happy Birthday one was here and so is the one I used inside the card. Just thought I would say, just incase you do not know I Brake for stamps has digital images and if you would like to see the one they have here is the link.

The card is a 5” by 7” size. The papers I used are from my scraps and so is the ribbon. I used out the Happy Birthday with one of Stampin up punch. Added some pink pearls.

Here is the inside of my card. These are the copic markers used to color the image and I also used gelly roll pens copper star and pink star. Wink of Stella colors glitter gold and glitter dark pink.

I Brake For Birdhouse's

Good afternoon sorry I am late again but have a really cute image to share with you today.......I used the Birdhouse stamp from IBFS

and the sentiment is from the Florals Sheet.

I just love this image I have colored it with Stampin-Up markers...stamped the bird twice and popped him for some depth ....the blossoms remind me of apple blossoms so colored them pink with a little glitz from my stickles....the largest part of the birdhouse was done with re-inkers and a water brush....oh and my card is a 5X5....used the birds and swirls embossing folder from Cuttlebug...background paper is from ColorBox from Wal-Marts.

I Brake For Beach Weddings!

Hello and Happy Saturday!

As you're reading this I'm in sunny (HOT) Florida!

My wonderful Sister-in-law is getting married TODAY!!

She's having an outdoor wedding and her color is aqua so this is the card I created for her.

My verse from I Brake For Stamps is called HOLD ONTO EACH OTHER.

Although it's not a wedding specific verse I really liked it for a wedding card.  This is her second marriage.  She lost the love of her life, her high school sweetheart after 32 yrs. together to a heart attack about 7 yrs. ago.  We're thrilled that she's found love again!

On the inside I used Congratulations from EVERY DAY PHRASES.

Hello I Brake For Stamps Fans !!

It's Crystal here with a Hello card using a Shy Bear from plate # 6 , I just love these cute little guys and you will too.They take on a life of their own when I create with them and today is no different .. Today I had the song "Call Me Maybe" going on in my head ( sorry if its now stuck in yours ... lol ) , funny huh ,but this is how my brain works when I am in the creative mode .. I recently bought a number die and pulled out my number embossing folder and went to work , the phone cord was made using twine and glossy accents ,I put glossy on my fingers and run it down the twine then i lay it out on my craft mat and make loops ,let it dry and then it will stiffin up and you can glue down with glossy to the card ., inside my card is a hello bubble with the Silhouette at 3 1/2 " .

I Brake For Panda's

Good afternoon peeps running a little late today with my DT post was having somewhat of a brain freeze this week....but finally came up with a card to share with you.....

Today I have used Panda- Jumbo and Happy Birthday from the Florals Sheet .....my panda was stamped with black ink twice colored the bamboo on the first image cut it out added it to a embossed background than cut out the head, arms, and legs and popped them so the image looks 3 dimensional.....stamped the sentiment on a goldish looking card stock stamped the sentiment use a die cut inked around the inside while still attached to the die....added some beads and hemp and you have my card hope you have enjoyed it.

I Brake For The Beach

All of this warm weather is making me think forward to summer days, sand between my toes, sunsets and water!  This wonderful image, found here, is just one of many fun beach theme images now available in the IBFS store!  The sheet, in true, IBFS style is full of fun and funny stuff!!

I resisted the urge to simply color the whole image.  Instead, I used a spotlighting technique, only coloring a portion of the image.  The colored portion is matted on black for extra pop and raised up a bit on some dimensional tape. 

Enjoy the good life!!  (It's also part of the beach themed sheet--check it out!)

I Brake For Butterflies!

Hello and Happy Saturday!

Today I'm sharing (a little late) the Mother's Day card that I made for my mother-in-law.

I just got the LARGE BOLD BUTTERFLY stamp and couldn't wait to use it.

The verse is from the sheet EVERY DAY PHRASES.

Even though I used Happy Mother's Day  you could easily switch out the verse inside for a birthday, thinking of you or any other all occasion phrase you like.

I also used MEDIUM WILDFLOWERS and FOXGLOVE SILHOUETTE on the inside.
