Cammy in the Wind

Hi everyone, Marlena here with a Cammy project to share with you today.  The end of summer brings the end of the summer themed projects, time to move on to fall and winter themes.  Around here those changes in weather bring more wind and this stamp fit the way I have been feeling about the weather lately.  Besides, I just love the Cammy stamps, I really do.  This stamp is fittingly called, Cammy in the Wind.

I haven't used the red and black combination in awhile and I like the way it looks with this image.

I Brake For Halloween!

Hi All, Kristen here to share a Halloween card with you today!  Halloween is one of my favorite days of the year. I Brake for Birds and Nests!

Hello everyone!

 Today I'm sharing a birthday card that I made for my friend and co-worker.  She's the one that introduced me to the world of birding.  I can now name almost every bird local to my area by sight and many by sound as well!  Every year I try to make her a bird themed card.  When I saw this beautiful stamp from I Brake For Stamps I knew this would be her card this year!

The image is called ROBIN'S NEST.
(no, I didn't color it like a Robin...we'll call it artistic license!)

Pretty Pumpkin

Hi everyone, Marlena here today sharing with you a project using one of the adorable Chelsea Le Designs images.  This image is called Pretty Pumpkin and is just that, pretty as a pumpkin!  I'm feeling the need to start making my fall cards and this card was one of my first.  I'm not trying to rush summer along, really, it's doing that all by itself!

I Brake For Emma Hemlock

Happy Sunday!!! Kristen here, I hope you had a fabulous weekend.  I spent most of mine crafting and cleaning.  Getting things ready for the kids to go back to school.  I can't believe summer is coming to an end!  SO sad! The card I created today, I made using Emma Hemlock for Rick St. Dennis images at I Brake for Stamps.  What do you think of her?  I love this stamps, and was fantastic to color and I love that I can make her any color I want.....purple hair & purple lips.   Well, I hop you have a great week ahead, and happy Creating!

I Brake For Buttercups!

Hello everyone!

 Today I'm sharing a beautiful floral image from I Brake For Stamps with you.  I chose to use only a portion of it to make my blocks but it's called BUTTERCUPS and you can see the whole image HERE.  One of my favorite things are honeycomb patterns, beehives and bees so when I chose the yellow buttercups I knew instantly what paper I wanted to use.  I think the flowers are so bright and cheery.  They're sure to make someone's day!

Fall Leaf Femme

Hi everyone!  Glad to see you on this beautiful Tuesday!  Today I am sharing a card with you using the I Brake For Stamps image, Fall Leaf Femme.  I love the Femmes and with fall just around the corner I thought it would be a good time to make a card using this beauty.  I know, none of us are ready to see summer leave but we all know it is bound to happen, so why not be prepared for it, right!?

I Brake For Pretty Pink Flowers!

Hello everyone!

Doesn't everyone love flowers? 

This beautiful pair of blossoms is from I Brake For Stamps and it's called FLOWERS.

I love that with all the flowers in the world they literally come in every color imaginable.  You can choose any color you're in the mood for.  Today, I was in the mood for pink.  I used my Spellbinders Rose Creations dies and a brad to recreate a 3-D flower to match the stamped ones.  The embossing on the leaves was done with a Cuttlebug folder as were the two panels.
This card would be perfect for almost any occasion!

I Brake For Cupcakes!

Hi there, Kristen here with a Birthday card to share with you!  I used "Cupcake" digi image by Rick St. Dennis. I completely love this image! I feel like is is perfectly dressed for a party! This digi is a great stamp to have in your collection, as it is perfect for a birthday card, and I always need good birthday stamps!

Mother and Child

Hi everyone!  Today I am going to share with you a mixed media bookmark that I made using the image, Mother and Child.  I have been playing around with mixed media projects lately and I thought it may be a good technique to use on a bookmark.  I still have a lot to learn about mixed media but I do like the final look of the bookmark.  The verse on the bookmark, which is perfect for our house, I found on Pinterest.

This really is such a beautiful image, isn't it!  I loved to read with my daughter when she was little, even though she NEVER sat still!  It paid off though, she LOVES to read.  I'm hoping it works out just as well for my son as he loves to read as well, but he is only four!
