I Brake for Ghosts!

Hello and happy Saturday!

Today I'm sharing a Halloween card.  I know it's probably still hot where some you live...I'm in upstate NY and it was just 90 deg. here 3 days ago.  The last two days have been in the upper 60s though so my mind has shifted to fall.

My son and his girlfriend decorated our house for Halloween a few days ago and it looks great.  It also got me in the mood to make a Halloween card.

I've used GHOST  and SPIDER WEB from I Brake for Stamps.

I've had this little ghost for so many years!  I still pull him out EVERY SINGLE Halloween.  I just recently acquired the spider web and thought they'd be great together.

On the inside I used LARGE BOO.
I hope you're all enjoying the start of fall!

I Brake for Jack-O-Lanterns!

Hello and happy Saturday!

Today I'm sharing a fun Halloween image from I Brake For Stamps.  This one is a Rick St. Dennis image called Let's Git Lit!

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays and if you love it too you should check out IBFS.  They have some of the funniest (and scariest) images around!

Isn't "Jack" cool?!

I Brake For Skelly Tonn!

Hello and happy Saturday!

I have to apologize for missing last Saturday...which I believe is my first time since joining the team on March 3, 2012.  My computer charger cord broke and I had no way of uploading my photos or posting to my blog.  Wow!  Before you know it I'll be coming up on my 3rd anniversary!

Today I'm sharing a really fun Halloween image!  This one is called Skelly Tonn.  It's from the Rick St. Dennis line at I Brake For Stamps.

I used a variety of dies and punches to accent this amazing stamp.  The window was made with a Spellbinders Grand die.  The fence is from Martha Stewart, the spider web is Memory Box and the bats and sign post are from Quickutz.

I used Copic markers to color them.

I Brake for Halloween

Aletha here with a Halloween project for I Brake for Stamps (IBFS). I love Halloween, and this year I have been able to create several things for this popular holiday.

I would like to introduce you to Magic Wanda. This beauty was designed by Rick St. Dennis MFA for IBFS. She was a lot of fun to color with Copics too. You can find her in digital format, or as a rubber stamp, whichever you prefer.

My designer paper is Echo Park’s the Apothecary Emporium collection. Wanda’s web is from a die-cut that I painted black. Her stars are wood veneer from my stash. For more information about all my supplies, please stop by my blog, AJ’s Designs.

Thanks for stopping by. I hope you will visit us every day for more IBFS inspiration.
