I Brake For Mallards

Good Tuesday morning peeps......Beth here with you today sharing another card.....for this weeks card I decided to pull out my water color pencils and try making a scene.

I have used a few different stamps on this project Mallards, Winter Tree and Stump from Trees 3 and also Happy Birthday Wishes from Sheet 138B.....I have used watercolor paper for my images mounted that on Kraft card stock and next added all the layers onto black.....punched 2 photo corners out of black ran them through the Cuttlebug using Swiss Dot folder.

Have a great week peeps and I will see you next week.

I Brake For Little Girls

Good morning peeps, Beth here with a card and new technique for me it is called Faux Embroidered Quilt from Technique Junkies.....this is such a great way to use your scraps love the old time look of the background.....I chose just to use a sentiment stamp as I didn't want to cover up the quilting.

My stamp is from IBFS and is called Little Girls this was so much fun to make....I used a Cuttlebug folder called Modern Wallpaper.
Not much more to say about it except it is a 4.25 x  5.50 card and I used black and blue card stock for my layers...hope you have enjoyed my post today.

Nothing fancy this week just a plain and simple card although I did bling up Shy Bear just a tab...as you can see on his hat and pom-pom had to give him a little Stickles....the rest of the image was colored with Spectrum's....image cut using a Spellbinders die than embossed on bottom with Cuttlebugs Swiss Dot as is the white layer of main card also used snowflake border embossing folder down the side.

Hope this little fellow will put you in the mood to get your Christmas cards ready have a head start going on mine.

Okay for my card today I used black, purple and white card stock.... image was stamped with black ink and colored with Twinks H2O's, white card stock was embossed with Cuttlebug folder and  border punched with MS border punch, frames scalloped oval and oval Nestabilities.....added a purple ribbon and that will do it for me this week.

Hope you all have a wonderful week and will see you next week.
