I Brake for Poppies!

Hello and happy Saturday!

Today I'm sharing a card that I made for a co-worker that retired last week.

She was a beautiful, sweet woman and so I wanted a pretty card to send her off.

I used 4 different stamps/sets from I Brake for Stamps on her card.

HALF SHEET POPPIES
STAINED GLASS POPPIES
CALIFORNIA POPPIES BORDER
EVERY DAY PHRASES

This was a very large card...8 1/2" x 5 1/2".

I needed it to be large so that all of her co-workers could sign it.

Today I'm sharing a birthday card with you.

I used 3 different stamps/sets from I Brake for Stamps on my card.

The main image comes from 

HALF SHEET POPPIES.

The verse on the front is called
OLD FRIENDS.

In case you haven't noticed Poppies are one of my favorite flowers!

I think I own almost every poppy stamp that IBFS offers!

On the inside I used the verse from

BIRTHDAY WISHES SET

from the

HUMOROUS SENIORS line.

Today I'm sharing a sympathy card that I made for my husband's aunt.  His uncle passed away a few days ago and we wanted to send her a pretty card.

I just got a new set that I was anxious to use.  It's called
HALF SHEET POPPIES. 
The verse is from the full sheet called
EVERY DAY PHRASES.

I used one more flower from the set on the inside along with the sentiment called WITH SYMPATHY.

I fussy cut the poppies and popped the up on dimensional foam.

Hello IBFS fans !!

It's Crystal here and today I made a fun card just to say Hello to a friend. For this card I am using a digital stamp image from the Rick St. Dennis line and her name is called Tryss , I love his digital images , so fun to color , today I had fun coloring some peacock colored hair , its all the rage for the teenagers and since I wont be coloring my hair this beautiful color I can color up my image with the color ..lol. Go check out all the fun images and step outside the box and have some fun coloring up some colorful hair on your image  , its so fun ....

For my back ground I heat embossed a poppy flower from the Half Sheet Poppies in Kaleidoscope embossing powder  ,when done on black cardstock it looks peacock in color. My image was copic colored .

  

ink smooching with oxide inks to jazz up the inside and you can still write a little something inside on it .

I Brake for a Hello ....

Hello IBFS fans !!!

Its Crystal here and today I have a Hello card using a digi stamp by Rick St Dennis called Mandi  and the poppy is  from the Half Sheet Poppies . 

so to get this look I made my own background paper by stamping the poppy in black memento ink ( copic friendly )

I stamped the whole sheet going in different direction and not over-lapping the image

next I add some R59 to the inside ends of the petal to give depth and dimension , I also add yellow stickles dots to the centers

the Hello die cut is from Stampin Up , I die cut it 3 times from black cardstock and stack layered it up , my image was copic colored

inside my card I stamped and colored another poppy

It's Crystal here and today's card was made using Half Sheet Poppies and With Sympathy sentiment

I really love how this card turned out , the poppies were copic colored and water color specks were splattered on the finished colored look , I added my die cut sentiment "With Sympathy " is an Impression Obsession die , I cut two and stacked them to create a thicker stand out sentiment.I added brown glitter stickles dots to the centers of the poppies . 

Inside my card I used colored inks to stamp the poppy outlines and the added the With Sympathy  sentiment in black versafine ink .
