I Brake for Chef Charlotte ....

Hello I Brake for Stamps fans !!

It's Crystal here and today I have a Birthday card using Chef Charlotte , she is from the humorous Senior line  over at I Brake for Stamps online store . I love making Birthday card because that is the most needed card of all cards I make , and this image makes up such a cute card and simple to color , i used grays and a lightest blue to make the white in her outfit , and if you look close enough you will see the candle glow on her  , my card base and the bow are from the Silhouette online store and the Happy Birthday is a die cut from Sizzix .

I Brake For Chocolate Martinis!

Hello everyone! Today I'm sharing a re-purposed champagne bottle. I love getting on Pinterest and browsing.  One day I stumbled onto a recipe for Reese Peanut Buttercup martinis.  They take a little time to make but they're worth it!  I made this for a friend at work.  One of her specialties is a homemade chocolate cake with peanut butter icing so I'm sure she's going to like this.

I used two different I Brake For Stamps images/verses on my project.  The large verse is called Best Chocolate.   The image in the little circle is a piece I cut out of Chef Charlotte.

You can visit my blog and view the drink recipe by clicking on the photo below.

I Brake For Birthdays!

Happy Birthday!!
This card is made with an absolutely great stamp from I Brake For Stamps.
She's called Chef Charlotte and she's part of the humorous seniors line

The embossing folder is from Cuttlebug and the candles are an old Sizzix yellow die.

This is the first time I've used her but I see MANY, MANY for uses for her in the future.
I just love her little outfit!

Chef Charlotte

It's Holly posting today. Have you seen the Humorous Seniors stamps over at I Brake for Stamps? This is one of their newest ones called Chef Charlotte, and I can sooooooo see myself looking like this in another 20 years. LOL

I stamped Chef Charlotte and colored her with Copic markers, and then cut her out. I used the Distressed Papers technique on the designer papers in the background, and you can see where I got a little too carried away with the distressing on the upper left side. Oops! :-)

Just a little tip - you can use Copic markers to color your brads if they are not quite the right shade. I used a green Copic marker to color some yellow brads on this card. It worked out pretty good, huh?

I hope you have a wonderful week. Just a few more days til the weekend!!

Stamps: Chef Charlotte, Every Day Phrases from I Brake for Stamps
