I Brake For Things That Are Rich

Happy Sunday, Jamie Martin here with you today to share a fun and funny card to give to a friend, just because. Sometimes you want to send a card for no specific reason other than to put a smile on their face.

To make this card;
1.  Stamp the sentiment (all stamps from MS79 Full Plate of Coffee and Sayings Set) on white cardstock with Onyx Black VersaFine Ink and embossed it with clear embossing powder.
2.  Now it's time to layer.  Layer the stamped panel onto a white panel that is slightly smaller than a card, then layer that panel onto a white card.
3.  Holding the panels firmly in place, randomly stamp the coffee beans with Sepia VersaFine Ink, on all 3 panels being sure to have the coffee beans stamped off the edge of all panels.
4.  Heat set to dry ink then sponge the edges of all panels and card with Tea Dye Distress Ink.
5.  Layer the two panels on black paper and glue to card with Zip Dry Glue.
6.  The final touch is to glue a few sequins randomly on the card.

I Brake for Pumpkin Bears ...

Hello IBFS fans !!!

It's Crystal here and today's card is made using the Pumpkin Costume Bear  by Rick St. Dennis , it comes as a digital stamp, which means no waiting for the mail and you can print this any size that you need for your project. I really love digital stamps for this reason. I copic colored my image and then cut him out with a die . and layered him up on the front of my easel card, the papers and chipboard pieces are all from Authentique , then inside the paper strip I used is from Jenni Bowlin Holiday 2011...yep I am using pretty papers from my stash, I use what I have and make it work ..I added some black netting ( fruit comes in it, works awesome on cards )

It's Crystal here and I have a fun card using the Blood , Sweat and Gears set  , what a great image to send a friend to tell them WAY TO GO !! on their workout routines , it's hard work and words of encouragement are always welcomed . She is copic colored and colored pencils , a combo of both here .

inside my card I used a die for my sentiment (  from Simon Says Stamp )

I Brake for Fall ...

Hello IBFS fans !!

It's Crystal here and today I have a Fall card , the weather has had the feel of Fall in the air so I think it's time to make some Fall cards , this one is a Thanks card , you may need one for the person who will rake all the crunchy leaves up for you ..lol I am using the Mr.Crow image and he was copic colored , I really wanted the scarecrow to be the main focal point so I only colored him and left the background black and white .

I distressed my layers added some faux stitching  , die cut a flower and layered it up and added some leaves and raffia to complete my Fall look . I die cut and layered my Thanks sentiment .

inside I carried the same colors but left it blank to add my own writing later

My Blood Type is Coffee !!

Hello IBFS Friends !!!

It's Crystal here , I hope your week is going well , if not hang in there it's almost Friday !!!  Today I have a fun card using Coffee Rubber Sheet , this sheet measures 7" x 5" and has 8 images on it , I love coffee and thought this sentiment was perfect , I made this card to be used to just drop a note to a friend , heck add a coffee card to go along with it to perk up someones day ..love my coffee humor ..lol

this card measures 5 1/2" by 5 1/2" and I made a matching envelope on my envelope board

my main image was heat embossed and edges were distressed and inked I also added some faux stitching , my coffee cup has been paper pieced
