I Brake for Diane's Bridal Shower!

Hello and happy Saturday!

My nephew is getting married in August and I recently attended his finance's bridal shower.  Their colors are red and turquoise so I used that theme to make her shower card.

I used Rubber Romances Diva...BRIDE.

On the inside I used the verse Here Comes the Bride!

I used Copic Markers to add some turquoise shading to the dress.

Today I'm sharing a sympathy card with you.

I recently got these beautiful new flowers from I Brake For Stamps and couldn't wait to put them to use.

I Brake For Beautiful Goldfinches!

I stand in awe….

I’m so sorry I've been so quiet but I’m starting to feel much better. Went to the doctor got some meds, she did lots of tests and the results was pneumonia and how fun is that?? So now it has been 3 and half weeks and I’m finally feeling like I’m a person. That was not fun at all. I did what the doctor said lots of rest, sleep, drink water and take my meds. That really takes everything out of a person. No more about this for the rest of the year…. Over at The Outlawz Twisted  Thursday challenge has started and the twist for this week is to make a Circle card. So I made a circle easel card.

My beautiful Goldfinch is from I Brake For Stamps. What I did was look up the Goldfinch on line so I would get a good picture of the Goldfinch and this is what I came up with. I love birds, I have six feeders in my backyard and I keep them full all year long.
The lace and chipboard I had in my scraps.

At the bottom of the easel card I added a sentiment  that is one you can pick up at I Brake For Stamps, love the words and how true they are. My rose is from Hobby Lobby in the bridle department. Added some pearl pen color pearl white.
