Going morning friends, Beth here with another card this week....today I want to share the Long Rosebud stamp with you from IBFS, I just love the elegance of this stamp.

Now don't you agree that is one beauty of a stamp....I colored it using Twinkling H2O's and my bow was made using the thrifty little Bow Easy, Happy Birthday stickers, background paper from DCWV- Once Upon A Time card stack.....see you next week.

I Brake For Peacocks

{Jane Bosi}   I have a weird love/hate relationship with birds.  I love that they are so beautiful and uniquely created....take the peacock, for instance.  Just one of the most gorgeous birds ever made.  Pure artistry....this peacock image clearly shows the beauty of this bird.  And, there it is.....a bird!  In so many other ways, they just creep me out!

That said, it sure was a fun image to watercolor--a great way to add the variety of colors.  I paired the focal image with a new technique from the Technique Junkie newsletter called Tie Dye Circles....I thought it made sense!

Have a fantastic day!  TTFN, Jane

I Brake For Large Lighthouses!

Hello and happy Saturday!
I have a friend who asks for at least 2 nautical themed cards a year.  I haven't made one in a while so I'm sure she must have one of the birthdays coming up soon.  I figured I'd get a jump and have it ready for her when she asks.  I just love this LARGE LIGHTHOUSE so much.  It makes a very pretty sympathy card too.  For this card though I paired it with two verses from the EVERY DAY PHRASES set to make a birthday card.

Even though I think this is definitely masculine enough to give to a man it could easily be for a woman too.

I Brake for Lovely Silhouette Bouquets

Good afternoon friends,  Beth here and I am running a little late today with my post.....today I have a Zig-Zag Accordion card for you such a cool design and for my main image I used  the Floral Silhouette Bouquet
stamp from IBFS.
I just love these Silhouette stamps and how you can double stamp with them to get a shadowy effect which I have done with this particular stamp.

I stamped my image with Crumb Cake ink first than used my stamp-a-ma-jig to offset my image a little and stamped it again using Rich Razzleberry.

Here is a close up of my image so you can see the shadows...this technique I used for the card fold is from Technique Junkies Fancy Folds and Motion CD.
Supplies:
Stamp IBFS Floral Silhouette Bouquet
Card Stock- Stampin-Up  Rich Razzleberry
Designer Paper -K&CO- Brenda Walton
Inks-Stampin-up Crumb Cake & Razzleberry
Martha Stewart  Butterfly Punches
Spellbinders- Nestibilities.

Thats it for me today hope you have enjoyed my little card see you next week.
