Fairy Girl with her Dragon

Here's a wonderful card made with beautiful specialty papers and a fairy stamp with her dragon friend. I added a great saying "LEARN from yesterday, LIVE for today, HOPE for tomorrow." The image is colored in vibrant Copic markers, there is a bit of a glare on the card, but I wanted you to see the beautiful sheen on the papers, so you can see the metallic and mica shift in the paper, the sparkle in the paper makes the image stand out on top of it.
See the Dragon and Fairy on this sheet here, the saying stamp is available here; Be sure to use SAVE10Holley as your coupon. Wishing all of you a great week!

Here's a wonderful stamp called "Love Birds". I cut the image out with one of my sets of nestabilities. I also used IBFS stamps in the background including a cute saying "A little note to you in appreciation for all the wonderful things you do!"

Hoot Owl

I used the Background Whimsy technique (latest technique junkie newsletter) on this for the background behind the focal image using this wonderful swirly background image :)
I made this little guy's eyes pop out using some mounting tape-I have not used that in years! I forgot what fun it is :) Mr Owl was colored in using Watercolor pencils and a water brush :)
The main focal image is a digi from I Brake For Digis!!
Isn't he too cute?

Grace to you!

Wishing Grace to you! Hope you all have a wonderful day. This card is using a beautiful stamp of little girl from this beautiful sheet of stamps and the saying "Grace to you". I used a Souffle pen to color in the Grace word. It's hard to see on this scan, but this type of fill makes the word shiny and slightly raised. I also added a paisley stamp to the background.
Have a wonderful day!

Vintage Birthday Greetings

I thought these two "lovely young ladies" from I Brake For Digis would be perfect for a vintage-feel birthday card.

Thanks for looking!    Mary B. Giemza ~ http://mycardz.wordpress.com/

Using the Simple Green Spritz technique from a past issue of the Technique Junkies Newsletter!

Images from the Stampinback line.

Les Miserable Sheet

Here's one of the stunning stamps from the Les Miserable sheet of stamp (see Here). I love the image of this girl. I stamped her with black ink and added highlights in Copic markers for her skin color and her hair color. Then I used Colorbox Chalk to add distress marking to the image as well as the different paper layers used in the background.

Have a great June!
