It's Crystal here and today I am using Floating Wilma to create my Thinking of You card ..
I color dusted my background with a brush and distress inks then added water drops and blotted and dried that layer , I copic colored my image and layered it on my background and then had fun add some die cuts to pull my card together and add some fun. I added stickle to my flip flop straps and around the image in the water , I added glossy accents to my float tube.
