I Brake for Independence Day

I Everyone, it's Robyn here today.  Sorry for my absence, life has been a whirlwind lately.  All good, just crazy schedule.   I was SO happy to sit and relax with my favorite stamps - I Brake for Stamps!

I also had a lot of fun breaking out my stamping markers and this awesome stamp sheet from I Brake for Stamps called July 4th Sheet.  What a wonderful, patriotic set! I hope you enjoy seeing what I created.

Happy Thursday, Kristen here, and I have a little birdie to share with you today.  This is one of my new favorite stamps.  In case you haven't notice, I am a DP junkie and this Birdhouse image from I Brake For Stamps will go with almost every sheet of paper!  I can just see these gorgeous flowers in purple, red, pink...ahhh, I told you I could color this image a million times. Well, the summer weather in in full effect here today with a high in the 90s, so I am headed out to soak up some Vitamin D. Have a great Thursday and a fabulous weekend!

Large Dragonfly Femme

Hi all!  It's Tuesday so it's me, Marlena, sharing a project with you today.  Today's project is a Femme, the Large Dragonfly Femme, to be specific.  I really love The Femme images.  They have such an other worldly feel and can be just amazing to color and play around with.

I decided to use the colors of my dragonflies as the base colors instead of the more prominent colors in this card.  I think by doing this the image colors really pop!

I Brake For Lighthouses

Hello everyone.

Today I'm sharing a Father's Day card with you.
Father's Day is June 16th this year so it's right around the corner.
You still have time to get some beautiful new masculine stamps to create your cards this year.
Masculine/Father's Day stamps are on sale right now over at I Brake For Stamps.

I used Lighthouse & Boat on my card front.

On the inside I used the phrase FATHER'S DAY.

I don't watercolor but I think this image would be perfect for that if you did.

I Brake For Weddings!

Hi all, Kristen here, I hope you are enjoying your week this far.  The weather here in New Hampshire has been crazy this week. It has gone from sunny and 70, to rainy and 40.  We have also been experiencing more thunder and lightening than I am comfortable with.  Living In NH, we don't get to many crazy thunder storms, so what thunder we do get is a bit scary....
Today I wanted to share my newest card creation with you.  I recently got this Bride & Groom stamp from I Brake For Stamps and I couldn't wait to make a card with it.  I love that this stamp can work for a wedding card, as well as an Anniversary card.  As you see, I did not include a saying on this card, as I have no one to give it to at this time, but it will be as easy as stamping a greeting on the inside.
Well, that is all for me today. I hope you had a great day and Happy Creating!

Chelsea Le Designs - Pretty Mermaid

Good morning!  I hope you are having a good week so far.  For many of us here in the United States we have a long weekend coming up in honor of Memorial Day.  It is our unofficial start to the summer and so today I am sharing with you a summer themed card using the Chelsea Le Designs image, Pretty Mermaid.  I'm not usually one for mermaids, but this image is such a cute one I just HAD to have it.

I dotted the border of my image because I wanted to give it the look of water and bubbles.  I'm not sure it's quite the look I was going for, but I like it.  I hope you are enjoying a little summer like weather where you are, I know we all need a little warmth and sunshine!
Thanks so much for stopping by,

I Brake For Cammy Girl!

Hi all, Kristen here, and I have a Cammy Girl card to share with you today.  I am a huge fan of the Chelsea Le Designs. I just think these girls are darling.  With this card, I used one of my new DP and I think this paper goes perfect with her hat.  I chose a Happy Birthday card, as I am always needing B-day cards, even know I hate to give the cards I make, especially to non-crafts...LOL....Well, I hope you have a fabulous weekend, and find some time to stamps.!

Blossom Fairy Avie

Hi everyone, how is your Tuesday going for you?  It is downright cold here and we are ready for spring to return, now!  Our sunny skies and warm weather are a thing of the past and my family and I miss it already.  That brings me to my project for today using the perfect spring stamp, Blossom Fairy Avie.  This little cutie is ready to go water some flowers in all of our new gardens.  I think she needs to talk to Mother Nature though, it feels like the water would freeze right in the can at the moment.

That's it for me today.  Enjoy the rest of your day!  Thanks so much for stopping by!

I Brake For Nurses!

Hello everyone!!

Today I'm sharing a card that my friend asked me to make.
She works for the county in early intervention childhood services and they have an intern that is leaving because she got accepted to nursing school.
She asked for a card that the girls in the office could give her.

Who better to send her off to nursing school than NURSE STELLA!!
Isn't she a riot!

The school colors are green, white and black which is why I chose this paper.  I also found as I was flipping through my paper pads that I had this tan polka dot paper that looked like a band-aid.  I debossed it with my Cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder, used a corner rounder on the corners and I voila!  I had a band-aid.

This would also make a great get well card don't you think?

I kept the inside simple to give them room to sign and personalize the card.

Mother's Day and Mother and Child Femme

Hi all!  How's your day going so far?  Great I hope!  Today I am going to share with you a Mother's Day card I made using the I Brake For Stamps image, Mother and Child Femme.  I LOVE this image and the Femmes.  The last time I shared a project using this image I made a decorative box.  This time I decided that this image would be perfect for Mother's Day.  AND, with Mother's Day this weekend here in the U.S. I have made my card to share with you.  I've changed the color scheme this time around as well too, using more pink and girlish colors.  Why?  Well, this card is for my mother and her favorite color is pink.

I hope you all enjoy what is left of this beautiful day!  AND, for all of you mother's out there I hope to take a few moments to enjoy how beautiful and amazing you are!

Rubber Romance Cheers....

{Jane Bosi}  Such a funny thing to post a martini girl on a Monday morning, no?  Think of it as weekend incentive :)  I found a few moments to play with one of my favorite Rubber Romance images over the weekend.  I just love Diva April--she's fun to color and oh, so sophisticated!!

I've colored her using my Copic markers.  Then, I paired her with a colorful background I made usign the Technique Junkie technique called Copic Color Double Embossing.

Cheers to a great stampy week!!  TTFN, Jane

I Brake For Spring Flowers!

Happy Sunday, Kristen here to share a little spring this morning!  It is finally starting to look like spring here in New Hampshire and that is what inspired my card today.  This stamp has to be one of my favorite. It is super fun to color and it can be used for any occasion.  The stamp is called Flower Pot, and I chose to make my flower colors to match the DP.  This is a MUST have stamp in anyones collection. Completely love it!  Well, I am off to do yard work, I hope you are enjoying your weekend!
