I Brake For Hot Air Balloons

My niece and sister-in-law just completed a hot air balloon ride this week over the skies of Southern California. I think it sounds exciting, but I would be scared to death to do it!

This gorgeous collage stamp is available three different ways. I have used the Large Paris Balloon Collage, which is 3 x 4". My card is 5 1/2" square. The Small Paris Balloon Collage is 1 3/4 x 21/4". Both are available in the beautiful Paris and Heart Collage Full Sheet (I have the hearts too, and love them!). I stamped on my designer paper (Tim Holtz Ideology) with VersaFine Onyx Black ink. Easy! Added a shabby seam binding bow, a vintage button, and some paper roses for embellishments.

Thanks for stopping by today!

  1. Gorgeous card, Judy. I love this stamp and you featured it so nicely. Awesome ribbon bow too.
I almost became a Hot Air Balloon pilot several years ago but it is a huge commitment so I decided not to. I crewed for a pilot and have been at the Balloon Festival in NM several times. That is an awesome sight to see hundreds in the air all at once.
